RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Luminous, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008). To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items Opened beauty products, items marked as final sale, and digital products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
